TACOS WITH CABBAGE
Cabbage? I know, I know... it doesn't sound very appealing, but honestly, this dish is incredibly delicious. The recipe is supposed to be called tacos with cauliflower wings and cabbage salad, but that's quite a mouthful, so I simply named it with cabbage, and I’m not lying - after all, cauliflower is a type of cabbage, just a different variety. By the way, cabbage is extremely beneficial for our health and scientists recommend that we eat at least one serving of it every day

BERRY MUFFINS / BERRY PIE
Yes, that's right! This recipe serves as a two-in-one option. Depending on your preferences, you can bake either muffins or a berry pie. Personally, I prefer the pie, while my kids love the muffins. I recommend trying both versions to see which one you like best. Both the pie and the muffins are delicious without being overly sweet, made from simple, wholesome ingredients. They can be enjoyed for breakfast, as a snack or even as dessert. Ingredients For 6 muffins: 150 g of oa

BREAKFAST BERRY PIE
This cake is a fantastic option for your slow weekend or festive breakfast. When you're craving something delicious, comforting and a bit special, but you don't want to start your day with dessert, this pie is the perfect solution. It's not overly sweet, so if you prefer a sweeter flavor or plan to serve it more as a dessert than a breakfast, feel free to use more of your favorite sweetener than what the recipe suggests. Ingredients 2 packages (about 600 g) of frozen berries

TACOS WITH CAULIFLOWER
Our family really loves tacos; they are a comforting, unifying food that we often make on weekends or when friends come over. While we usually opt for tacos with tofu, sometimes we crave something different. This recipe is perfect for those occasions. Another bonus is that these tacos are quicker to prepare than the ones with tofu. Ingredients 0.5-1 cauliflower (depending on size) 1-2 garlic cloves 200 g of tofu (firm or silken) Bell pepper Water 0.5-1 red onion (depending on

CRÈME BRÛLÉE
Plant-based crème brûlée! Yes, yes, it is possible to make it this way! For this dessert, I use plant-based wholesome ingredients, along with a bit of something I never use in my kitchen! It's a special case in my kitchen and in these recipes - sugar is used, but only enough to achieve that hard, glass-like topping. It's definitely worth trying when you want to impress your loved ones. We made this dessert for Valentine's Day. We only managed to take a photo of it ourselves,

MEXICAN QUESADILLA
Quesadillas are one of our favorite choices for winter weekend meals. They are delicious, hearty and comforting, making them a hit with the whole family. These quesadillas are colorful, easy to prepare and perfect for enjoying at home or taking along on trips, hikes or picnics in nature. Ingredients Serves 4-5 If you're not feeling very hungry and can't eat much, you can simply put the filling in the refrigerator. The next day, you can quickly make quesadillas to enjoy with s

BUDDHA BOWL WITH BUCKWHEAT, TOFU AND FRIED CAULIFLOWER
This is one of my go-to weekday Buddha bowls during the colder months. It's packed with variety, rich in nutritional value, filling but not heavy. Exactly what a lunch choice should be, right? Ingredients Greens (spinach, arugula or whatever greens you have) Sprouts Cooked buckwheat Tomatoes / cherry tomatoes Red onion Cauliflower florets (see recipe ) Tofu cubes (see recipe ) If you want even more heartiness, you can add slices of avocado For the sauce - cheddar sauce (see r
