FAT-FREE HERBAL PESTO

This herb pesto is different – it's nut-free and oil-free, making its benefits for the body significantly greater. This condiment is packed with a variety of strong antiparasitic, antibacterial and antipathogenic plants, so not only will you enjoy its flavor, but you'll also be helping your body fight off pathogens.

Ingredients
A handful of basil
A handful of cilantro
A handful of parsley
A handful of mint
100 g of chickpeas
6-7 garlic cloves
Salt
Lemon juice
Instructions
I add the ingredients to an S-shaped mixer. I blend everything well (if needed, I add a splash of water to help everything mix better).
I serve it alongside tomato salad, bread, oven-baked potatoes, homemade crackers and other dishes.
