Here's another recipe for making delicious tofu cubes that you can add to your Buddha bowls, grain bowls, salads, curries or even soups. Tofu is an amazing, rich source of plant-based protein that provides all the essential amino acids our bodies need. These cubes (which can also be cooked as patties) will enrich your favorite dishes with a wealth of nutrients.

Ingredients
400 g of tofu (plain, without flavor)
2 tablespoons of corn flour
Spices: salt, pepper, paprika powder
Ingredients
I take the tofu out of the package and drain the liquid. Then, I dry it thoroughly with a paper towel.
I cut it into my preferred shape and season it. I let it marinate for at least half an hour.
I add corn flour and mix everything well.
I place the tofu cubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. I bake them in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 35 minutes or until they are nicely browned. I stir them occasionally while they bake.
Once the tofu cubes are done, I serve them with Buddha bowls, salads, grains, curry or add them to soup.

BON APPETIT!
