TOFU SCRAMBLE

Looking for a scrambled egg alternative? If so, I recommend trying this recipe. It resembles scrambled eggs in both texture and appearance, providing a satisfying meal, but from a nutritional standpoint, it’s much richer! This tofu scramble can be enjoyed in the usual way - with vegetables or a slice of bread - but it can also be used in other dishes, such as sandwiches or wraps.

Ingredients
200 g of silken tofu
1-2 cloves of garlic
Spices: salt, turmeric (for color), pepper, cumin, Mediterranean herbs
Instructions
I place the tofu on a plate, press in some garlic cloves, season it and then mix everything well with a fork.

Cook in a non-stick, ceramic-coated pan for 5-7 minutes.
Serve with salads, hummus and/or a slice of bread.
