A versatile sauce that can be prepared in no time. This sauce pairs well with everything - salads, Buddha bowls, potatoes, falafels or any cheesy dishes.

Ingredients
3–4 tablespoons of white tahini paste
Juice of 0.5 lemon
3–5 cloves of garlic
2 teaspoons of honey or another preferred sweetener
Water
Salt
Instructions
I put tahini in a jar, squeeze in some lemon juice, add minced garlic (if you like it spicier, feel free to add more garlic), salt and a sweetener, then mix everything well.
Next, I gradually add water. The amount of water I add controls the thickness of the sauce. If I add more water, the sauce becomes thinner; if I add less, it gets thicker.
I pour the sauce into a glass container and keep it in the refrigerator until I need it.
BON APPETIT!
