The title is shocking, isn't it, haha? But honestly, it’s hard to think of a better name for this dessert. It’s perfect for those moments when you crave something indulgently delicious, especially during “those” days when you want everything at once - something sweet, filling, chocolatey, yet also a bit salty, maybe even with caramel and it would be great if it came with ice cream too. We all know that feeling, so this recipe is designed specifically for those cravings, haha! :))

Ingredients
200 g of dark chocolate (I use high-quality chocolate with at least 70% cocoa)
1.5 to 2 bananas
About 10 Medjool dates
A few tablespoons of almond butter
Date caramel (see recipe) (optional)
Chopped almonds
Instructions
Soak Medjool dates in warm water for 15-20 minutes.
Remove the pits. After soaking the dates, I press them flat with a glass.
I melt chocolate in a double boiler, slice up some bananas and prepare date caramel.
If I have time and feel a bit fancy, I toast and chop some almonds.
Now, let's assemble the chocolate:
In a glass container (or any other freezer-safe dish), I line the bottom with parchment paper.
I pour in 0.5 cups of melted chocolate. On top, I arrange the Medjool dates, followed by the banana slices. I drizzle a bit of almond butter over them and generously spread the date caramel.
Finally, I sprinkle chopped almonds on top and pour the remaining melted chocolate over everything.
I then place the whole thing in the freezer for at least a couple of hours.

BON APPETIT!
P.S. Chocolate is truly sinfully delicious and high in calories, so don't indulge in it every day! :)
