I have no doubt that this Marinara sauce will be your top choice this summer (and beyond)! It's so delicious and refreshing that it goes perfectly with everything – from oven-baked potatoes to boiled potatoes, on pizza, with vegetable sticks, homemade crackers and more. The possibilities are endless. It's simply amazing!

Ingredients
A can of crushed tomatoes (without oil or other additives)
1-2 tomatoes
5 pickles
0.5 of a red onion
A few tablespoons of capers
3-4 cloves of garlic
Spices: salt, pepper, dried/fresh oregano
Instructions
I finely chop the tomatoes, onions and cucumbers.
In a bowl, I combine the crushed tomatoes, chopped vegetables and capers. I squeeze in some garlic cloves, season it and mix everything well.
I serve it alongside potatoes, pizza, vegetable sticks, crackers and more.
