Every summer morning begins with watermelon. It’s such an amazing fruit! Composed of 90% pure natural water, watermelon rehydrates you down to the cellular level, helping your body detoxify and bid farewell to the pathogens and toxins lingering in our systems. It’s rich in vitamin C, lycopene, and other antioxidants that protect our bodies from free radicals. In short, it’s a true treasure gifted to us by nature during the summer season! However, sometimes you buy a watermelon, and its taste is just meh… not fully ripe, not sweet enough, and so on. In that case, it’s the perfect opportunity to make a watermelon smoothie! It instantly lifts your spirits when you’re disappointed about not getting a delicious watermelon!

Ingredients
500 g watermelon
2 Medjool or Sukari dates
Mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
Cut the watermelon into cubes.
Remove the pits from the dates.
Add everything to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
Serve with mint leaves!
